Our exciting news
We bought a house!!! We really weren't planning on doing that, but we found out how great interest rates were (we got under 5%--can you believe it?) and then some friends called us to let us know they are leaving town due to a job transfer. Everything fell into place from there. It all started less than 3 weeks ago, and we have already closed on the house. They will actually move out in 2 weeks (Kelly leaves tomorrow for 2 weeks), then we'll take some time to paint the house and move in. I am so excited to have our own place. It is just 2 blocks away from where we are now, so the move will be easy (or as easy as it can be in Utah in February. Hopefully it won't be snowing). I'll be sure to post some pictures once we get settled.

That is so exciting! I hope the move goes well, and painlessly (I hate moving...mainly the packing and unpacking part). I'm excited to see pics of the new house!
