I love it! My kids were all screaming in the store the other day when they saw the giant artichokes that were on sale. I was so pleased with myself as everyone went by chuckling in disbelief . . . until I cooked them and they all pushed their plates away after one bite. Except Aidan. He's my boy with no taste buds - he'll eat anything!

My kids sure don't say that! We just had some asparagus, too. But, that just means more for me! ;)
