A few minutes ago, for instance, I was sitting in the bathroom when I realized it had been quiet for far too long. I rushed out to find Xander at the bowl of dog food, stuffing it in as fast as he possibly could. When I pushed him to spit it out, he literally spit out more than I thought possible for him to fit in his small mouth. Gross. My days of a truly mobile toddler have begun. Wish me luck.
